Hugging this character: Sure, if she knows you. If she doesn't know you you're likely to get a dislocated wrist.
Kissing this character: There better be some proper romance before that. She has an honest to gods love of her life but that doesn't mean she doesn't know how to have fun.
Flirting with this character: Oh you're cute kid, three dollar words are sexy.
Fighting with this character: She's paralyzed from the waist down, not incapable. If you decide to pick a fight with Babs you are just as likely to get your ass handed to you on the bad end of her sticks or fists.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Sure if it makes sense in context of a thread. She knows how to take a glancing stab in order to lay someone out for example. Ping to discuss severity!
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: It takes an incredibly high grade telepath to make sense of her brain so most likely a no go or you get a hash of computer symbols and singing. She's USED to dealing with telepaths after all. Even so if she senses a telepathic touch attempt she WILL fight it and she has a rather terrifying will. Ping me to discuss.
